GENERAL COUNCIL MEETINGS

General Council Meetings (GCM) are a space where the members of the GCSU disscus and make formal decisions on matters affecting the student body. These meetings can cover topics such as event planning, budget approvals, etc. GCMs typically occur once a month and are generally open for Glendon constituents to join.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an event where members can participate in key decisions about the student union's future. During the AGM, changes to the GCSU constitution are discussed, and members can actively contribute by proposing (moving), seconding, and voting on motions.

PORTFOLIO MEETINGS

Portoflio meetings are meetings aranged by the members of a GCSU portfolio. They are an open discussion for idea sharing as well as initiative planning. These meetings occur at the discretion of each portfolio but are open for Glendon constituents to join.
